
Jazmine was raised and born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Pam Her mother, who has been a backup singer in the past at Philadelphia International Records. When she was 5 years older, her father was offered job as curator at the city's Historic Strawberry Mansion in the Strawberry Mansion section, and her family relocated to the historical landmark. She is a 2005 graduate of the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts in which she was an instructor of vocal music. Sullivan was a contralto in the youth choir, and after a couple of years later, she performed in the adults choir. Sullivan experienced only a small amount of secular music. She recalls when she was just 11 years old when a person wanted her to sing as a soloist in church. However, she was not fully ready. "Then the time came that McDonald's had a competition for children in cities of the world, I got a chance to perform 'Accept what God Gives' on Showtime on the Apollo and the audience was very enthusiastic". Stevie Wonder sang her part on his birthday, 13 years old. Sullivan At the age of 15, was first signed to Jive Records. There, she recorded an entire album. But it was never released. Sullivan was ultimately dropped from the label. Her work had been in good relations along with Missy Elliott. Elliott produced several of her songs and tracks, such as "Backstabbers" the track that was written by Timbaland.
